Our tutors work hard, and they prepare every course prior to your meeting ^^ Also here are few basics rules. Our rules are called flexible as we request a 24H notice, compare to a lot of courses with a 48H notice. When you follow a course with us you agree on our terms:

Cancellation Policy – 24H notice
Tutor and student must give each other 24 hours to reschedule or cancel an appointment, otherwise the tutor owes the client a make-up session or the student pays for the tutor’s reserved time. No exceptions.

Students are NOT permitted to text, call, or email Tutors to cancel appointments. All communication about cancellations must go through THE FRENCH COURSE directly.

Late and no show-up:
If the student does not give any notice the tutor is requested to wait for 15 minutes, no more. (So if the student is 10 minutes late for a 1H session, the session will be 50 minutes long). The students will still have to pay the tutor’s reserved time.
If you tutor doesn’t show-up, please let us know right away, as tutors can’t be late !

To reschedule
To reschedule a private lesson, students must notify THE FRENCH COURSE administration at least 24H prior to the start of the class. If notification is given within less than 24 hours of the class start, the student will lose the class time.

Payment:
Classes and private lessons must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the session. Otherwise, The French Course makes no guarantee on the availability of your tutor.

We take your word seriously, also, if some tutors agree to be paid at the end of the month, and you cancel a course outside the 24H notice, we will require a payment for the tutor’s reserved time. Confidence is important as it allows tutors to make exceptions to students needing to pay at the end of the month.
